Without knowing what program you're using, I can't say what file formats it can
accept. One thing that might be an issue is if you don't have QuickTime
installed on your machine, but I'm assuming that you do, if you have an iPod.
Otherwise, you can convert the QuickTime file with any of the various
freeware/shareware apps out there. There are also free web-based apps that can
convert files from one format to another for you. You merely go to a webpage and
point it to your file(s) and select the format you want to convert from and to.
