I've just upgraded to Windows XP, and although Phonetools worked well
for some weeks, it's just decided not to. Don't know why - I haven't
loaded or unloaded anything - it's just hanging whenever I try to
start it up.

BVRP's web-site says that Phonetools won't work with XP - full stop.
They "suggest" I purchase their new whizzy software - but as all I
really need phonetools for is retrieving faxes from the 56solo when I
walk into my office in the morning, I can't help feeling there should
be some other solution.

Has anyone tried anything else?
