Hi all,

Having finally subscribed to Caller ID (after someone in NTL finally
admitted it was available in my area) I quickly plugged in the Solo
and called the house. Expecting the Solo to announce the call, I was
quite disappointed when it didn't. Worse still, when I checked the
call log it simply said "Number Unavailable".

After having read some other threads about Caller ID not working, I
thought I should try reflashing the firmware (as downloaded from the
Yahoo! site). The upgrade failed with an error - can't remember
exactly what (will post it later when I get home). The Solo still
appeared to be working as previous so it would seem as if no harm had
been done.

What I'm asking is what information (results of ATI commands etc.) do
I need to provide in order to stand the best chance of diagnosing and
fixing my problem?
