Did you remove the old mdmpace.inf and mdmpace.pnf from the
Windows/Inf folder as per the instructions? That file should give
full TAPI functionality in Windows XP with the Pace Solo and my
trials with a similarly modified inf for the Pace 56 Voice worked
fine in MCE 2005's TV view (the callers no was displayed on the TV
screen).
Of course this is also dependant on Caller Display being enabled on
your line (so you will have the modem announcing the callers no by
default) as well as MCE 2005 being correctly configured to detect
the correct Pace modem. I configured my MCE 2005 installation from
the ground up with the fixed modem inf so I'm unsure if there are
any reconfiguration glitches within MCE which may be contributing to
problems. How does the windows modem log look after a period with
the TV running and a call coming in (and the modem announcing the
CID details)?

Do you have any Win XP compatible software such as Classic
PhoneTools 6 which you can install under MCE 2005 to see if the CID
details come in through that and if not, what the modem log shows
then?
