Thanks   I checked pull up resistor but there's no problem. I think leackage should be lower than 1 mA but measured current is 1,5mA at Stop 3 mode. please

try to float the ports and disconnect pull-up internal resistors before entering stop mode... Benny

Hi   I am now using MC9S08DZ60 64pin and I did my best to minimise leackage current by using stop3 mode. but unfourtunately I can not decrease leackage
