We are seeking a Sr. Embedded Software Design Engineer for a Client
located on the outskirts of Springfield, Illinois! This is a Permanent
role with a world-leader in the manufacturing of rugged electronics.

This privately-help company (42-years in the making) is pacing at a
40% growth by the end of 2008, and will gross over $70,000,000 this year!

Required:
 5 – 10 years experience
 Bachelor's degree (MS degree a plus)

Preferred Experience:
 Design and develop firmware for embedded control systems utilized in
commercial products
 Design efforts are specifically targeted to products using C167, ARM
or 68HCxxx micro-controllers for CAN based products
 Complete documentation of design, validating testing, and release to
production
 Support customer and company field testing efforts for software
issues, and developing solutions to keep testing efforts progressing.
