Hi All:

I am in the midst of grading your final project phases and I realize that I
forgot to specify the weighting of the three phases. As you can imagine,
they increase in weight. They actually double in weight each time as
follows.

phase 1 (problem statement): -- 1/7
phase 2 (analysis & design): -- 2/7
phase 3 (implementation and critical review): -- 4/7
