There appears to be some confusion regarding one aspect of PS III. It
concerns this part:

"Please use the following form action, which invokes the form
processor that echoes the input strings for validation. The form
processor file has been uploaded. It is called "formprocessor4.html"
and was written by Dr. Jesse Heines at UMass Lowell."

<form method="GET" name="myForm" action="formprocessor4.htm">

I want you to use formprocessor4.htm AS IS. Do NOT modify it. Simply
use the above line as the form start tag.

I will use the output of formprocessor4.htm as a way of "testing" to
determine whether your form collected the correct information.

You may study this file to see how it works (it uses form
collections), but please do not modify it.
