Our staff of moderators cover the spectrum of computer-related fields, from virus investigation to graphic arts, from web design to networking and computer languages, whatever your problem, we’ve got you covered.

Many of our long-time members also work in the computer community and many are simply long time computer users with loads of experience! All of these people are eager to help you solve whatever problem you may be experiencing with your computer or network.

Here at A-Helping-Hand, we deal with home and business computers, as well as all operating systems, peripherals (anything connected to your computer) and a vast array of programs and utilities. We'll give you clear, easy to understand answers to your computer related questions without all the technical jargon. If we can’t help you, we’ll direct you to someone who can!

Best of all, the help desk at A-Helping-Hand is completely FREE. Our staff and members volunteer their time in order to help you get more productivity from your computer!

A few staunch rules we follow here at A-Helping-Hand:

* Please pay close attention to ADMIN headers, as they contain important information and/or directions from the list owners and/or moderators.

* Keep in mind that most computer technicians charge up to $150 an hour to supply you with what these folks give you for free out of the goodness of their hearts. Do not become combative with them.

* Flames and/or trolls will not be tolerated.
