This is a group for owners of mailing lists (not necessarily Yahoo Groups) that
have no more than 75 members. The discussion centers around how to effectively
manage interpersonal communications within groups (which includes list rules)
and how to informally promote groups.... When subscribing, please email the
owner to mention at least one list that you own. (Otherwise, he will email you
to ask for such a name, prior to approval.)
