Okay, I got it now, I had my directories screwed up. It should be in
SysWOW64 as WOW64 is the x86 emulator. I was confused as there is
still a system32 directory, so I assumed that the one with '64'
written on it was for 64bit dlls. serves me right for thinking for myself.

I have an image of Morpheus offering me a blue and red pill and
saying, "do you want to take the stupid pill?" duh. pesky programming.
