I just noticed IO_CreateThumbnail in Intellisense. It's not in the help file, so
I was wondering whether there were problems with it, or was this just a
documentation omission?
I had written my own using IO_Copy and Effect_Resize, but I was hoping that
IO_CreateThumbnail might be better optimized.
