Thanks for your help.
When I try to refer to the AdvImgLib.dll, the Visual studio says this
isn't a valid assembly or COM object. I tried the same with the other
.dll in the subfolder "Compatibility".Visual Studio doesn't even list
the .dll under the COM tag when I put the files in the system32 folder.
And my last question: where do I get the Freeimg2.dll?
