Re: [APIC_Group] Autopilot interface

That is clearer.

First does your HP4700 have a serial connector or is it USB only?
If it does have a 9 pin serial output all you need is a female 9 pin and
3 wires to the Dynon D100 connector. Hook the Tx to Rx and the Rx to Tx
and the ground wire. Then tell APIC where your data should go Comm
4(?), and the Baud rate... Make sure the Dynon is set for the same baud
rate and it should begood to go.

If your PC is USB only then you need a serial to USB converter and
software to simulate a comm port, no big deal.

APIC is not interfacing with the autopilot, it is simply sending the GPS
words to the Dynon.

I have the APIC Pro software on a HP4700. The software works great, the Bluetooth GPS works great, but I cannot get any response from Apic on how to interface...

Dynon has a proprietary autopilot servo that I doubt very much will work with APIC. Dynon isn't saying how to drive their servos other than hook them to...

The HP4700 was the one recommended by APIC. It does not have a 9 pin serial or a USB. It has the 22 pin that the charging system uses. I have found info that...
