I tried the demo on my ThinkPad and it worked great so I ordered a
Motion LS800 as a new step. Today I used it in my car on a 300 mile
trip and it seemed OK but I noticed it was running hot and then it
actually shut down with an overheating message.

I checked it later and the CPU is running close to 100% with APIC
being the app using the processor.
