This is the online locus of the Architectural Photography Specialty Group of ASMP, the American Society of Media Photographers. It is a forum for discussion of issues related to architectural, landscape and interior decor photography. The emphasis is on business practices, professional standards, technique and equipment. This group is restricted to ASMP members and requires moderator approval to join.

ASMPArchitecture is a service of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP), the premier trade association for protecting and promoting the interests of publication photographers. ASMP believes that images are not a commodity and that photographers should be fairly compensated for the current and future value of their work. ASMP also believes that compensation should be based on a number of factors including the nature of the use, the term and frequency of use and the unique nature of the client. Our member photographers create superior images of value to their clients and in return seek reasonable and fair compensation for usage.
