I have released a new version of the HRPT software 'wsat', with NOAA19
ID added.
Actually, this ID (15) used to be of NOAA10; there are just 8 ID's
possible in the HRPT format, so they had to start over again.

This release has also an ethernet interface, for the future HOE system
(Hrpt Over Ethernet, see description in the Dutch magazine "De
Kunstmaan"). Hardware for this interface isn't released yet, so you
can't use it now. For the moment it is important to switch it off (which
it is by default), in order to enable the good(?) old(!) parallel-port
interface.
