Once again, December 5-7, 2006, Esther Derby and I present "Secrets of Agile
Teamwork:
Beyond Technical Skills," a workshop for Agile teams that focuses on the
interpersonal,
collaboration, and leadership skills Agile teams need to self-organize into high
performing
teams.

Since our first session in April 2005, we've had great response to this
workshop. We've
presented three public sessions over the last two years as well as more than a
dozen in-
