improvement in your software development projects. Building the
organizational capacity to improve your project performance includes
making sure you have facilitators prepared to lead Project
Retrospectives at the end of every significant project.

"Project Retrospectives and Reviews: A Facilitator's Toolkit" is coming
up March 24-25 at Oregon Graduate Institute in Portland, Oregon. Sign
up to attend. Find those people in your organization who need to attend
