The never-ending demand for cost-effective and better solutions to the excisting ones, make this industry, a successful and a stable one. The Industry thus needs competent manpower capable of creating technology. This competency is not inherent in all cases and neither does the curriculum of the graduate degree cater to the same. Hence there is a vaccum prevalent between what the industry needs and what the academic curriculum offers.
