the magazine that Hank empire-Gary G. Jacobs-Laredo National Bank
threatened with $10 million lawsuit.

A year went by, the magazine didn't back down, and the lawsuit has
not materialized.

Clearly, this threat of a lawsuit was not based on the law, but was
an effort to intimidate and stop the practice of journalism.
