Binoculars usually have two tiny set screws hidden under the edge of a rubber or leather cover, one on the back of each ocular, near (but not on) the eyepiece.

Nobody local can recoat optics. Maybe someone can re-align them but I have my doubts there also. They would have to be REALLY nice binocs to warrant recoating
