I am in south Anchorage, and we have it very bad. One of my white dogs
went brown as a result of sleeping in the honeydew rain and then digging
in the dirt.
There are puddles of it on my gravel walks and stairs, and some of the
backyard rocks
look varnished.
We tried releasing ladybugs 2 weeks ago, I haven't looked to see if any
ladybug larvae
have hatched yet.
I am writing this outside in a hammock on a free-ranging laptop
computer. I'll take as
many of these days as I can get.
Now, once we throw the might of the American scientific community at
this global
warming thing, we'll probably get to the point where we will be capable
of setting the
earth's global temperature the way I set my home thermostat. Imagine the
discussions
that will ensue over where to set that thermostat!
