On January 22 and 23, 2003, there will be a group trek to California'
s remote aerospace "secret bases" centered in the Antelope Valley
areas and areas near China Lake Naval Weapons Testing Center. You're
welcome to join us.

The drive-through trek will include Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale,
Edwards North base areas, the Haystack Butte areas (former X-33
programs), Lockheed's remote RCS test-site in Helendale, Southern
California Logistics Airport in Adelanto (former George AFB) where
portions of the Millenium Challenge 2002 exercises (joint military
urban warfare training) were held last year, the Trona areas of China
Lake Naval Weapons Testing Center and a new, alleged UAV site
(SEASITE) allegedly viewable from the Fremont Peak off on Highway
395, north of Kramer Junction.

Hopefully, we are also looking towards any sightings of X-45 (UCAV)
in test-flights, as well as any other unmanned platforms. Of course,
we would be totally ecstatic if we could ever sight a flight of
Boeing's Bird of Prey (BOP) demonstrator, perhaps by a miracle.
