Well...
kinda...

See, you're all absolutely correct & horribly mistaken at the same
time.

You have to have an obverse to have a converse.
One cannot have an up without a down.
Happiness & joy cannot exist without anger & sorrow.
There can be no positve without a negative.
(for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction)

These words we use are based on separating us from them, these from
those, and this from that. This comes in handy when talking about
things or emotions or getting your next meal, but language isn't very
good at talking about serious issues.
The universe is ONE thing. Any 2 electrons which have ever
interracted continue to interract with each other thenceforth, and do
it instantaneously -- no matter how far separated. Hell, the
physicist Dr. Richard Feynman (however you spell his name) thought
the universe might be just one (1!) electron traveling forward &
backward through time and interracting with itself...

So, please try not to get too worked up over some arbitrary phonemes
used to communicate basic (though false) ideas, people. I mean, we've
only got this moment right now, so we should make the most of it. now.

now.

now...

& SMILE A LITTLE BIT, FOR THE LOVE OF FRED ROGERS, PEOPLE! SMILE! IT
FEELS GOOD! TRY IT!
<grumble mumble mumble uptight grumble mrph mumble>

(I sure like parenthetical remarks & elides... )

(I'm just another brilliant moron, trying to offer some foolish
wisdom to the other stupid geniuses...)
