a small number of your political, financial, military and religious
representatives.

Your thoughts and beliefs are modelled after partisan interests
to turn you into slaves  while at the same time giving you the
feeling that you are in total control of your destiny, which in
essence is the reality.

But there is a long way between a wish and a fact when the true
rules of the game at hand are unknown. This time, you are not
the conqueror. Biasing information is a millenary strategy for
human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that
do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a
strategy.
Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual
and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist
now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you.
The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no
long-term collective project has been launched.

Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible
limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution -
resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring
about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of

confident in your ability to find solutions. But the critical mass is
insufficient and a sabotage work is cleverly being carried out.
Human behaviours, formed from past habits and trainings, have
such an inertia that this perspective leads you to a dead end.
You entrust these problems to representatives, whose
conscience of common well-being slowly fades away in front of
corporatist interests, with those difficulties. They are always
debating on the form but rarely on the content.

Just at the moment of action, delays will accumulate to the point
when you have to submit rather than choose.  This is the reason
why, more than ever in your history, your decisions of today will
directly and significantly impact your survival of tomorrow.

What event could radically modify this inertia that is typical of any
civilisation ?  Where will a collective and unifying awareness
come from, that will stop this blind rushing ahead ?

Tribes, populations and human nations have always
encountered and interacted with one another. Faced with the
threats weighing upon the human family, it is perhaps time that a
greater interaction occurred.

A great roller wave is on the verge of emerging. It mixes very
positive but also very negative aspects.


Who are the "third party" ?

There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another
civilisation: via its standing representatives or directly with
individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of
interests, the second way brings awareness.

The first way was chosen by a group of races motivated by
keeping mankind in slavery, thereby controlling Earth resources,
the gene pool and human emotional energy.

The second way was chosen by a group of races allied with the
cause of the Spirit of service. We have, at our end, subscribed to
this disinterested cause and introduced ourselves a few years
ago to representatives of the human power who refused our
outstretched hand on the pretext of incompatible interests with
their strategic vision.

That is why today individuals are to make this choice by
themselves without any representative interfering. What we
proposed in the past to those whom we believed were in a
capacity to contribute to your happiness, we propose it now to ...
you!

Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the
exercise of those centralising powers without them being neither
suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that
they have almost very subtly taken control. They do not
necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely
what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the
near future.

However, be aware that a large number of your representatives
are fighting this danger ! Be aware that not all abductions are
made against you. It is difficult to recognize the truth !

How could you under such conditions exercise your free will
when it is so much manipulated ? What are you really free of ?

Peace and reunification of your peoples would be a first step
toward the harmony with civilisations other than yours.
That is precisely what those who manipulate you behind the
scenes want to avoid at all cost because, by dividing, they reign!
They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength
comes from their capacity to distillate mistrust and fear into you.
This considerably harms your very cosmic nature.

This message would be of no interest if these manipulators'
tutorate did not reach its peak and if their misleading and
murderous plans did not materialise in a few years from now.
Their deadlines are close and mankind will undergo
unprecedented torments for the next ten cycles.

To defend yourselves against this aggression that bears no
face, you need at least to have enough information that leads to
the solution.

As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst
those dominant races. Here again,  appearance will not be
enough to tell the dominator from the ally. At your current state of
psychism, it is extremely difficult for you to distinguish between
them. In addition to your intuition, training will be necessary
when the time has come.

Being aware of the priceless value of free will, we are inviting you
to an alternative.


What can we offer ?

We can offer you a more holistic vision of the universe and of life,
constructive interactions, the experience of fair and fraternal
relationships, liberating technical knowledge, eradiction of
suffering, controlled exercise of individual powers, the access to
new forms of energy and, finally, a better comprehension of
consciousness.

We cannot help you overcome your individual and collective
fears, or bring you laws that you would not have chosen, work on
your own selves, individual and collective effort to build the world
you desire, the spirit of quest to new skies.

strictly spiritual nature and your current decision is extremely

Why such a historical dilemma ?

We know that "foreigners" are considered as enemies as long
as they embody the "unknown". In a first stage, the emotion that
our appearance will generate will strengthen your relationships
on a worldwide scale.

How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of
your collective choice ? For the simple reason that we would
have otherwise been already there for a long time at your level of
existence ! If we are not there yet, it is because you have not
made such a decision explicitely.

Some among you might think that we would make you believe in
a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival,
though this would not be true. What interest would we have to
openly offer you what you haven't got any access to yet, for the
benefit of the greatest number of you ?

How could you be certain that this is not yet another subtle
manoeuvre of the "third party" to better enslave you ? Because
one always more efficiently fights something that is identified
than the contrary. Isn't the terrorism that corrodes you a blatant
example ?

Whatever, you are the sole judge in your own heart and soul !
Whatever your choice, it would be respectable and respected ! In
the absence of human representatives who could potentially
seduce into error you ignore everything about us as well as from
about those who manipulate you without your consent.

In your situation, the precautionary principle that consists in not
trying to discover us does no longer prevail. You are already in
the Pandora's box that the "third party" has created around you.
Whatever your decision may be you will have to get out of it.

In the face of such a dilemma, one ignorance against another,
you need to ask your intuition. Do you want to see us with your
own eyes, or simply believe what your thinkers say ? That is the
real question!

After thousands of years, one day, this choice was going to be
inevitable: choosing between two unknowns.


Why spread such a message among yourselves ?

Translate and spread this message widely. This action will affect
your future in an irreversible and historical way at the scale of
milleniums, otherwise, it will postpone a new opportunity to
choose to several years later, at least one generation, if it can

Whitley Strieber began his writing career with the
modern-gothic horror novels The Wolfen and The
Hunger, highly respected novels for which Mr.

Most of you do not know me but I would like for all of you to read this.

My name is Jessica, I do not want to use my full name because I know people will
just say I'm crazy. I'm 20 years old and work in a convenience store and gas
station I would like to work in a business like this for the rest of my life, I
like what I do. I've completed High School but have yet to complete college even
though I want to so I can get a degree and which will help me to advance to
being a manager of a convenience store. I'm single now but I've started to see
someone who has been really helpful during this time.

Over the Friday of the Labor Day weekend I went to a late night movie at Gardner
Cinemas while driving home I noticed that the gate to Dunn Pond State Park was
open. Even though it was close to midnight I couldn't resist turning into the
park. I went for a walk along the beach area of the park and walked along the
edge of the pond. I passed the ranger station and I stood looking toward the
little island in the middle of the pond.

I suddenly heard a very loud hum one that was so loud that I could feel the
vibration through my body. I looked up directly above me toward where I was
hearing the hum and a bright light suddenly went on from directly overhead. I
was looking right at it when it went on and I was blinded from it and it really
hurt my eyes. I turned away to the ground. I felt really dizzy almost like I was
going to faint I felt like I was falling at first and then like I was floating
in very warm water.

The next thing I knew I was laying on the concrete of the parking lot next to my
car. I was real dizzy and had trouble getting up when I did and got into my car
and checked the clock I realized that it was past 5 in the morning and that
somehow I had missed over 5 hours of time.

When I got home and undressed to take a shower and I realized my panties were on
inside out. I don't think it was like this when left home in the evening. While
showering I found traces of blood in my hair near the base of my neck and there
is this very small lump right at the base where my neck connects to my head. I
had a friend go through my hair and there is no mark only a small bump like half
the size of a dime.

Since this incident I've had a lot of problems with anxiety and depression two
things I've never had to deal with in the past. I find it hard to work at nights
when before I enjoyed this. I now have nightmares sometimes I even wake up
screaming. A few times I have seen pictures of "Greys" a supposed alien type and
had a fear reaction to it, but I don't know why. I don't know what is wrong with
me and I don't know where to turn for help. I mean what do I say "Hi my name is
Jesse and I'm not sure but I think I was abducted by aliens"?

I never believed in aliens or alien abductions but I know what people say they
are like.

My Yahoo! profile used to contain my full name and a real sexy picture of me
I've deleted all that I've even made it so my e-mails only contain the name
Jessica H. the reason that I am doing all this is because know people will think
I'm crazy and I don't need the drama. I know I need help with all this but I
really do not know where to turn.

This e-mail is going out to as many UFO groups as I can find and several people
who were listed in the yahoo directory as living in Gardner or who are
interested in UFOs.

Have there been any other incidents like this in or near Gardner, MA?

Cloning Yields Human-Rabbit Hybrid Embryo

Scientists in China have, for the first time, used cloning techniques
to create hybrid embryos that contain a mix of DNA from both humans
and rabbits, according to a report in a scientific journal that has
reignited the smoldering ethics debate over cloning research.



More than 100 of the hybrids, made by fusing human skin cells with
rabbit eggs, were allowed to develop in laboratory dishes for several
days before the scientists destroyed them to retrieve so-called
embryonic stem cells from their interiors. Although scientists in
Massachusetts had previously mixed human cells and cow eggs in a
similar attempt to make hybrid embryos as a source of stem cells,
those experiments were not successful.

Researchers said yesterday they were hopeful that the rabbit work
would lead to a new and plentiful source of embryonic stem cells for
research and, eventually, for medical use. But theologians and others
decried the work as unethical.

Some wondered aloud what, exactly, such a creature would be if it
were transferred to a womb to develop to term.

The vast majority of the DNA in the embryos is human, with a small
percentage of genetic material -- called mitochondrial DNA --
contributed by the rabbit egg. No one knows if such an embryo could
develop into a viable fetus, though some experiments with other
species suggest it would not.

Congress has been mulling legislation for years that would outlaw
certain human cloning experiments, with some opposed to any creation
of cloned embryos for research and others sympathetic to research
uses as long as the embryos are not allowed to grow into cloned
babies. No law has been passed, however, in part because of
researchers' warnings that the proposed restrictions are so far-
reaching that they would hobble development of new medical
treatments.

The new work, led by Hui Zhen Sheng of Shanghai Second Medical
University, appears in the latest issue of Cell Research and was
highlighted in a news report in the journal Nature. Cell Research is
a peer-reviewed -- if little-known in the United States -- bimonthly
scientific journal affiliated with the Shanghai Institute of Cell
Biology and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Some researchers
yesterday said they were frustrated by the lack of details in the
paper.

The team said it retrieved foreskin tissue from two 5-year-old boys
and two men, and facial tissue from a 60-year-old woman, as a source
of skin cells. They fused those cells with New Zealand rabbit eggs
from which the vast majority of rabbit DNA had been removed. More
than 400 of those new, fused entities grew into early embryos, and
more than 100 survived to the blastocyst stage -- the point at which
coveted stem cells begin to form.

The approach could help scientists wishing to mass-produce human
embryos as sources of human embryonic stem cells. Stem cells can
morph into all kinds of tissues and may be able to reverse the
effects of various degenerative diseases. But to make cloned embryos,
scientists need both normal body cells -- such as skin cells -- and
egg cells, which have the unique capacity to "reprogram" the genes in
body cells and make them behave as though they were embryo cells.

Because human egg cells are difficult and costly to retrieve from
women's ovaries -- and because human egg retrieval poses risks to the
donors -- scientists have been wanting to know whether animal eggs
may serve as well. A major question has been whether the remnants of
mitochondrial DNA that typically remain in an animal egg would be
compatible with the nuclear DNA contributed by the human cell.

The new work suggests that the answer to that question is yes,
scientists said -- though with a number of caveats. Most important,
researchers said, the paper stops short of proving beyond a doubt
that the stem cells retrieved from the hybrid embryos are truly
capable of growing for long periods of time in lab dishes, and that
they can turn into every known kind of cell.

Even so, said Douglas Melton, a Harvard University cell biologist and
cloning expert, the work is a big advance because it offers a new
system for exploring the mechanisms by which egg cells get adult
cells to act in embryonic ways. That could provide deep insights into
human development, wound healing and tissue regeneration.

He noted that although this is the first creation of a
human "chimeric" embryo -- a reference to the fabulous chimera of
Greek mythology, which had a lion's head, a goat's body and a
serpent's tail -- it is not the first time scientists have blended
human cells into lab animals. Some mice, for example, have been
endowed with human brain cells or portions of the human immune system
for research.

The Chinese work, Melton said, is "extremely interesting, and I hope
they pursue it."

R. Alta Charo, an associate dean of law and professor of bioethics at
the University of Wisconsin at Madison, noted that the work passed
muster with Chinese ethics authorities, who had demanded, among other
things, that the embryos not be allowed to grow more than 14 days.

"Short of putting one of these embryos into a woman's body for
development to term, I don't think this work harms anyone alive,"
Charo said.

She said the experiments should force opponents of cloning research
to identify more clearly than they have until now exactly where they
would draw the line against human embryo cloning -- in effect: How
human does an embryo have to be to have the moral standing these
advocates confer on embryos?

Richard Doerflinger, of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, said
he felt certain that the human-rabbit embryos were human enough to
deserve protections.

"I think because all the nuclear DNA is human," Doerflinger
said, "we'd consider this an organism of the human species."
