I should have mentioned my son & I have given a nod to
http://www.oikostreecrops.com and planted about 60 of their chestnut
and hazelnut trees the last weekend of April. What impressed me was
not only the quality of the trees but the fast turn-around time.
I "mailed" a check to them on a Monday and had a UPS delivery by
Friday Afternoon of the same week!

Also, American Chestnut trees we planted last fall from the Michigan
Manistee/ Wexford Co. Conservation District are doing very well!
