Welcome aboard Lori. Here is a link that provides some information on growing chestnuts. http://www.ppws.vt.edu/griffin/grow.html If you don't want to grow from seed you could purchase small saplings from various nurseries. They usually have Chinese, and hybrid chestnut trees for sale.
