It could happen if Elbox were selling the Spider card with
license for the Poseidon stack (the so-called OEM license),
and Chris Hodges would stop respecting this license.
Then Elbox, as a seller, would be responsible for default
in observing conditions of the sales agreement.
But it's all different. Elbox offers and sells the Spider
card along with hardware drivers to the Poseidon stack,
yet without license for the Poseidon stack. The customer
obtains from Elbox everything what Elbox promised to deliver.
It is Chris Hodges who undertook to manage problem-free and
comfortable for Mediator users registration of the Poseidon
stack and to ensure equal treatment of users with various
USB solutions.
So, every Mediator user who has bought the Spider card,
or who plans to do so, has every right to require Poseidon
registration from Chris Hodges. If you have a problem with
on-line registration simply sent him an email (the address
is on his site: www.platon42.de).
If he refuses, you may claim some forms of compensation from
him.

This option is not excluded, that in revenge for not registering
the Poseidon stack for Mediator/Spider users all our products
will refuse working when any of competitive USB controllers
using Chris Hodges' Poseidon stack are present in the computer.
This would apply to E3B USB cards (Highway, Subway, Algor).
But, if any other USB solution will use Chris Hodges' Poseidon
stack, this solution would be affected as well.
But this is the last resort. I still hope that Chris Hodges will
restore registrations of the Poseidon stack for Mediator/Spider
users. His current position is absolutely mindless and is
counter-productive to everyone, most of all for the users.
