I noticed that the big endian (non-PC) 16 bit modes were broken on my Voodoo4 as
well. The colors are all wrong and then everything usually freezes. I thought
this might be the incompatibility that Elbox states for big endian modes but I
do remember that they worked fine with the drivers that came on my CD. That
would be the version before last. The newer versions are faster and more stable
except for a couple of bugs Elbox doesn't fix. The other is the black background
on 8 bit screen bug. It happens on Voodoo3 and Voodoo4 when WB is in 8 bit and
another 8 bit screen is opened. Using a 16 bit WB has worked around it though.
