Description

A place for folks who love to create new things with engines, alternators and other electro/mechanical parts.

Here is the home of the Amptramp. She weighs in at 1100 KG, delivers over 240 amps of DC for welding, 6000 watts at 230 VAC for power tools - and 120 PSI of air for all sorts of other tasks.
She's managed by a home made computer, and has a 433 MHz radio control receiver built in - for 'Luxury cruize mode :)' .

Come on in, enjoy the diesel fumes and showers of lovely sparks, for you are in:

AmpTramp country.
Oh yeah, I grind most of my welds :)
