I have been struggling with this for days now, so I gotta ask. When I try
render a flame, it
goes through the action and then gives me this message (see error)

When I try to save it by "export flame" it tells me to check my options.
I have no clue how to do this. Even if I did would I have to do this every time
I try
to save?

Are there some simple instructions for beginners? The Help does not tell me the
basics.
