This group is dedicated to the study, practice and discussion of Astral Projection or Out of the Body Experiences.

With an honest, open and self-critical mind we can attempt to not only have an Out of the Body Experience but also increase their occurrence and duration.

Discussion of philosophies to describe the experience and induce OBEs are welcome, from the writings of Rudolph Steiner, Ouspensky and Gurdjieff to the psychologies of Carl Gustav Jung, Abraham Maslow, Roberto Assagioli and Stanislav Grof, the sociologies of Jean Baudrillard to the theories of artists such as Wassily Kandinski and Caravaggio.

With a leaning towards practicality and critical analysis of the results of our practice we can help each other experience and make the most of our OBE potential.
