This is not a silly question, in fact many try like hell to getto that level. I
believe I read from Robert Bruce that 'going' to the dimension where spirits
dwell is much deeper that where we are used to going. I suppose the best way of
doing this would be to gradually adapt to moving into different levels of
dimensions. Not too many have suceeded, but practice will get your closer in my
opinion.
During my last obe, I was asking to see 'aliens', as funny as that sounds. I
believe I was starting to go lucid from the obe, but I can't be too sure. What I
did see were the aliens I asked to see. These creatures were an off-white color,
with 2 eyes and several slits for mouths. Very strange and something I didn't
expect. The vision only lasts a few seconds.
