I'm not suggesting that what is happening is not authentic, but I found
this idea of "standing wave phenomena" very interesting. It clearly
does NOT account for the range of your experience.
I assume you are talking to this "thing" at some point, asking what it
wants, if there's anything you can do?
Once knew a woman in New Hampshire where I'm from. She lived in what
was once an old inn which had a dance floor on the 2nd floor. A guest
in her house one night slept in his car, because he had been freaked
out by the sounds of music and dancing on the 2nd floor! I know this
stuff happens. (I met that man years later in DC: he turned out to be
the boss of the woman who became my wife. Small world.)
I've got other ghost stories from close friends.
Closest I ever came was this: when I was in high school we lived in a
certain house, and every so often I would come home, walk through the
front door and be certain I saw someone out of the corner of my eye. I
would look in that direction and of course there was nothing. It
wasn't until years later that I learned that this had been happening to
every person living in the house.

Go figure. You might want to get some Focus 23, or 27 "stuff" and see
what you can do.
