RE: [AstralProjectionOBE] Bugging Questn: How do you know your OBE book isn't phoney?

Unfortunately, Peter, I don't think you can tell by reading the flaps which books are bologna and which aren't.  There are classics that I think are totally sincere:  Robert Monroe's, Oliver Fox's and Carrington and Muldoon's.  The thing that impresses about these writers is their modesty.  Monroe in particular didn't enjoy what was happening to him for a very long time.  There is a downside to these gifts, and the more honest writers address these.  There's a book or two out there now and for the last several years, by people that I too suspect have never really left their bodies, not consciously anyway, and they basically piggyback off the larger works by the writer's I mentioned.  The older works are also more straightforward, as in "And this is how I do it....." without a lot of unnecessary crap.  I would stick by the classics.  They got to be classics for a reason.....

That's a very good question Peter. If you ask around or google the authors name, you can read some feedback about them.
You could even ask us here about the books you read.
If you find that these "recommended exercises" don't work for you within 30 days, then move on.
WHat is your passion about OBE's? What do you intend on receiving from them?
