This group is for users of Astro Hutech (http://www.sciencecenter.net/hutech/) equipment, including digital and film cameras, mounts, filters, and much more. Questions, results (e.g. photos), reviews, clever combinations of equipment, technical details, tips for use, and similar discussions are welcome.

Please note that Borg scopes are covered in a separate group - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BorgTelescopes/ . While not strictly prohibited, it is best to direct discussions covering only a Borg scope to the other list. If the topic involves a Borg scope as a part of the system, please feel free to discuss it here.

Some guidelines:

Applications to the group are approved by the moderators to weed out spammers. Please include a comment in your application so that we can be sure you have a genuine interest in Hutech equipment.

Photos may be posted in the "photos" section. Please put your photos in folders labeled with your name or a subject.

Please do not attach anything to your email when posting messages. They will be stripped out automatically by Yahoo.

Please observe normal standards of courtesy in discussions and remember that others may have different opinions. Postings not adhering to these guidelines will be deleted and memberships may be cancelled without notice. Otherwise postings will not be censored in any way.

Occasional (brief) "For Sale" ads may be posted, but replies should be made only to the submitter.
