This group is for the user of ASC's Astro IIDC image acquisition software to discuss tips, feature requests and show off some of your images.

If you have a software, registration or other technical support issue, then you should send it to us directly using the support e-mail address listed on the Astro IIDC web site.

If you post an image in the Files section please make sure than you have some of the technical information for the image embedded in it (see my Luna20070224MJA.jpg in the Lunar folder of the Files section for an example). Please include the object name or identifier, your initials or name, the date it was taken, the telescope used, the camera used and tools used. Also please try to make the file names relevant to the object and add your initials to the end of the file too (i.e M46_MJA.jpeg). The reason for this is so that people can learn from each other and we can all wind up making better images.

Lastly, the only reason you need approval to join the group is to eliminate spammers and prevent them from harvesting your e-mail addresses.
