Hi Richard C, yeah, it may be the water. More likely the scotch, vbg.
If my testing just brings complaints, I can solve that quickly.
If needed I now have a scanning McPherson spectrograph accurate to +-
0.06nm that can be used for very accurate transmission testing, both
linear and log.
BTW, have you made any progress on doing interference testing on
filters?
