You should know what the expected apparent movement should be between
the blinks also the magnitude of the object and the limiting magnitud
of your images/stacks with this information at hand it should be
fairly easy to spot it.
The positions you got from the jpl horizons, are for your location?
otherwise you may have a strong paralax bringing your target probably
outside the field.
