Well, I guess if you call it Clear Sky Chart we will find out whether
the CMC is litigious as well. It was Clear Sky CLOCK that raised the
fuss. We all know that we yanks are litigious, what about those
Canadians? ;-)

Ah yes, I was only using "clear Sky Clock" to describe the sort of thing I was interested in doing, rather than wishing to infringe on someone's copyright......

I can't speak for all canadians. But I can say that the Canadian Meterological Center (CMC) does not use the phrase "clear sky chart". I do. I won't be suing...
