Hmm... I don't know of a way to reset the phone back to it's original
state, but you can reset all the settings you've changed by pressing
(I believe) ##3003. When I input this one just fooling around, it
restarted my phone and all my settings were gone. Not my address book
or photos or anything though.

If you use that code, be sure you turn off auto answer. For some
reason, using this reset method always turns it on.
