They say that talk is cheap... and it seems to be getting more so all the time... YEA!  Joe has some real world experience using VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) to a country with very high phone rates!

Eventually even the 800 pound gorilla will get a makeover!  Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 is out.  I've installed and explored it just a bit so far, but it's looking pretty good.
