He has demonstrated this passion in over 25 years in the IT industry working in IT Service organizations with various global enterprises including Microsoft, IBM, Ciba-Geigy, and Marconi Commerce Systems and, as a consultant working with private and public sector entities (Wachovia, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, City of Greensboro, North Carolina A&T State University and many others). He has helped many clients produce positive quantifiable results using IT best practices. Kevin's credentials include an array of IT certifications including MCP, MCSA, MCSE and Certified ITIL Service Manager; as well as an Engineering degree from Boston University.
