This community is for BDPA leaders that want to work together to address all aspects of Chapter Management necessary to build and sustain a healthy and vibrant chapter. Members of BDPA-Leaders community should have a thorough level of understanding of the BDPA mission and what it takes to run a successful chapter.

The intent is to share best practices between ourselves. You should know...or be willing to learn...where to find reference material, how to lead a volunteer team, how to recruit members and volunteers, how to raise money and how to manage a chapter as a successful business. Everything you ever wanted to know about running a chapter will be presented in this listserv.

Please note that our discussions here will augment a Chapter Building Workshop (CBW) series that will take place at the National BDPA Conference. The expectation is that what is learned here online...and at the CBW conducted at the National Conference will be allow you to generate immediate results within your local chapter.
