If you were using DW4 and not UD4 then you shouldn't really have any issues. UD4 and DWMX have slightly different ways of doing the dynamic/database stuff...

You can make built pages of dynamic pages (ASP, Cold Fusion, Perl, etc), but they will be like a 'snapshot' of your dynamic page at a certain point in time...
