I believe it would be considered a 4m. Whatever you are playing in is the 1 chord and then you count the chords afer you select the chord you are glaying in.

Nashville Notation Question
I've confirmed with PG Music that there is a glitch in BIAB 2009 regarding the Nashville notation. It will not read minor keys but treats the chord chart as

Whenever I played in the Nashville recording studios, the session musicians would write out the chords in numbers on a 3x5 card. They would go over the song
