Hi,
I was just at the Fancy Food Show in NYC and this year not too many mushroom
exporters/importers were evident. I saw no one from Spain (a huge booth) so
engaged.
I emailed Ana so let's see what's up. BTW--Alaska is not the place to get
boletes in quantity in my experience. They grow sort of sparsely where I've
been. But burn morels there and in the Yukon. . . .
