I've been asking the same question. I have recieved some responses.
Some photo editing programs have it and some don't. I needed a photo
editing program so I just went and ordered Paint Shop Pro X2 off of
eBay which has the ability to put watermarks on photos. At Best Buy
and Staples they wanted $100 for it but I was able to get it for $40
with shipping. But I notice now on Coral website, they have it on
sale for $59.95 & free shipping which ends at midnight on May 18th.

But before I did that, I googled digital watermarks. This site that
I took a look at is called Free Download Manager, there it gives you
a long list of different sites/programs that offer watermarking.
Prices range from free and up. So for those who want to check it

Then in the search box in the upper righthand corner, just type in
Watermark. You will find pages of sites to look at. Hopefully you
will be able to find what you are looking for.
