Thank you. The photo was pathetic! In a small garage, not an appropriate place
for a photo of a wild machine, but, my cousin happily cooperated by getting on
the bike & was ready to roll! After first print, I blacked out all the garage
background, but didn't like that, then thought why not put him out in the
desert!? It was work! Glad my cousin liked it. That is ultimately who counts!
Perfection is not one of my attributes, but, I am often surprised by some of my
results. Thanks to all for comments and help.

Hi Virginia,
Outside of this helpful and supportive group, never never never imply that your
photography is pathetic -- it's artsy :-) You were bringing out your cousin's
'dark side' :-)
And of course its natural that your cousin was happy. It's one more opportunity
to stand astride his proud steed and show the world that he is at one with the
beast. And it was an opportunity for you to hone your photography skills - good
for you.
Glad you posted those images. Maybe I'm just a tad more shy than you, but my
Photoshop skills are nowhere near where I want them to be, so I don't post
anything that involves any advanced techniques. My comments were based on what
I saw and what I felt, not how good I am with Photoshop (which isn't very good
at all), so like I said, I'm glad you posted the images for us.
Photography aside, Bert is trying the old "one upmanship game" on me, so I guess
I'll hold off winterizing the bike for just a little longer - hope he realizes
he's dealing with an avid biker from southwest Manitoba :-) :-)
Warm regards,
Greg

different angle, etc. It was pretty pathetic, when printed. I thought it would
be fun to take it and place it in a outdoor scene.

"crits". All of what you say is true!
